Please note that custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Shipping related questions :

Currently, we only ship to the US mainland. Once you submit your zip code during the checkout process, your total shipping cost will be determined. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Canada.

The most fundamental service we provide is ground shipping. The item will be delivered to your house's curbside by the shipping provider via ground shipment, which is also known as curbside delivery.
